Refund Eligibility:
Quababaa accepts returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect before processing your claim.
Final Sale Items:
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
